বাংলাদেশে দশম শ্রেণীর হিন্দু ছাত্রীকে অপহরণ, অভিযোগ দায়েরের পরেও উদ্ধারে অনীহা পুলিশের
বাংলাদেশে হিন্দু মেয়েদের অপহরণের পর ধর্মান্তরিত করা নিত্তনৈমিত্তিক ঘটনা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। এবারে রাস্তা থেকে এক হিন্দু কিশোরীকে অপহরণ করে গোপন ঠিকানায় আটকে রেখে দেওয়ার অভিযোগ উঠল কিছু কট্টরপন্থী মুসলিম যুবকদের বিরুদ্ধে।
ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে বাংলাদেশের মৌলভিবাজার জেলার শ্রীমঙ্গল উপজেলার উত্তর পাচাউন গ্রামে। নিখোঁজ কিশোরীর নাম পিঙ্কি বৈদ্য (১৭)। এই ঘটনায় মিসবাহ হোসাইন (৩৬), মকবুল হোসাইন(৩৮), শাহ মোহম্মদ আনিস আলি (৬৫) ছাড়াও ছায়া বিথি (৬২) নামে এক মহিলার বিরুদ্ধে শ্রীমঙ্গল থানায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করেছেন নিখোঁজ কিশোরীর কাকা জিতু মোহন বৈদ্য।
অভিযুক্তরা প্রত্যেকেই মৌলভিবাজার জেলার মির্জাপুর-১ ইউনিয়নের শ্রীমঙ্গল থানা এলাকার বাসিন্দা। কিন্তু নিখোঁজ হয়ে যাওয়ার পর ৬ দিন কেটে গেলেও পুলিশ এখনো কিশোরীকে উদ্ধারে কোনো আগ্রহ দেখাচ্ছে না বলে অভিযোগ।
জানা গেছে,পাচাউন গ্রামের বাসিন্দা পিঙ্কি বৈদ্য স্থানীয় একটি সরকারি স্কুলের দশম শ্রেণীর ছাত্রী। মেধাবী ছাত্রী হিসাবে এলাকায় খুব সুখ্যাতি আছে তার। অপহরণের ঘটনাটি ঘটে গত ২৯ জানুয়ারী। ওইদিন সন্ধ্যা প্রায় সাড়ে ৬ টা নাগাদ টিউশন পড়তে যাচ্ছিল পিঙ্কি। সেই সময় মূল অভিযুক্ত মিসবাহ হোসাইন দলবল নিয়ে এসে মেয়েটিকে রাস্তা থেকে জোর করে তুলে নিয়ে যায় বলে অভিযোগ।
এদিকে রাত পর্যন্ত মেয়েটি বাড়ি না ফেরায় পরিবারের লোকজন খোঁজাখুঁজি শুরু করে। কিন্তু তার কোনো সন্ধান না পেয়ে পরের দিন সকালে (৩০ জানুয়ারী ২০২৩) শ্রীমঙ্গল থানায় একটি অপহরণের মামলা করেন কিশোরীর কাকা জিতু মোহন বৈদ্য।

After the abduction of Hindu girls in Bangladesh, conversion has become a regular occurrence. This time, some radical Muslim youths were accused of kidnapping a Hindu girl from the street and keeping her in a secret address.
The incident took place in Uttar Pachaun village of Srimangal upazila of Moulvibazar district of Bangladesh. The name of the missing girl is Pinky Vaidya (17). In this incident, Misbah Hossain (36), Maqbul Hossain (38), Shah Mohammad Anis Ali (65) and a woman named Chaya Bithi (62) have filed a complaint with the Srimangal police station.
All the accused are residents of Srimangal thana area of Mirzapur-1 union of Moulvibazar district. But even after 6 days have passed since she went missing, the police are still not showing any interest in rescuing the girl, it is alleged.
It is known that Pinky Vaidya, a resident of Pachaun village, is a 10th class student of a local government school. She has a very good reputation in the area as a brilliant student. The kidnapping incident took place on January 29. Pinky was going to study tuition at around 6:30 that evening. At that time, the main accused Misbah Hossain allegedly came with a team and forcibly took the girl from the road.
Meanwhile, as the girl did not return home till night, the family started searching. But after finding no trace of her, the girl's uncle Jitu Mohan Vaidya filed a case of abduction at Srimangal police station the next morning (January 30, 2023).
